The Team
I was born in Extremadura, a humble region of Spain bordering Portugal. My family moved to Madrid when I was 5 years old, the capital of the country, looking for more prosperity and with the aim of offering us a better future with more opportunities.
I studied Business Administration and Management, but most importantly I learned the values of humility, work, self-improvement, sacrifice, commitment, respect and solidarity.
I have been working in a large bank in the Eurozone for more than 12 years, leading teams of more than 20 people, focused on the standardization and optimization of processes and project management.
Now my goal is to innovate, take advantage of technology to look to the future, with the aim of gaining freedom and giving back to society part of what it has given me
Economist, employee, and in my personal time entrepreneur. I have more than nine years of bank experience, both in customer services and operations, combined with project management of new platforms as an accountant. On a personal level, i have been starting a mobile app development and digital design business for years, since in my career as an employee I have always sought process optimization, whichi often entails automation and programming.
My srtengths are looking for a way to do things better, and learning in a self-taught way what is required for that objective and being updated in the environment.
